Job Overview The Social Media Coordinator supports internal business partners with the implementation of social media efforts, maintains AltaMed location listings, and takes the lead in monitoring and responding to reviews on digital platforms such as, but not limited to, Google My Business, Yelp, and Glassdoor. The Social Media and Online Reputation Coordinator uses social media and online review platforms to inform, grow the audience, assist with service recovery, and promote services. He or she communicates effectively with both organizational leaders and community members to ensure patient/community concerns are addressed in a professional and timely manner. This role supports all efforts to elevate the AltaMed Health Services mission and strategic goals through impactful storytelling across all digital channels.
