Your Purpose To be an integral part of the Sales & Partnership team supporting clients and team members. You will be responsible for qualifying/managing the inbound initiatives, updating and managing marketing material, helping retain clients, providing customer satisfaction, handling administrative tasks and motivating the sales staff to ensure targets are being met. Your Role: Day to day support for commercial business segments: Corporate – both indirect and direct Lead the fulfillment and execution of corporate contracts, billing, customer service, reporting, marketing initiatives, etc. Support the management of inbound process; qualifying, contacting, onboarding, customer support, and renewal Building and maintaining strong relationships with the accounts and their direct corporate admins, with monthly/quarterly check-ins Collaborating with IT, Accounting, Revenue Management, Legal to ensure the business is running smoothly and efficiently internally as well for our customers. Support the outbound initiatives to help grow the corporate segment. You: You have a demonstrated history, a minimum of 1-2 years, of working in a sales, marketing, or account management with customer service experience. You should be proactive, positive and have strong multi-tasking skills. You have a personable demeanor with strong verbal and communication skills. You have CRM experience, HubSpot preferred. You are detailed-oriented and take pride in being organized and have excellent time management skills. You have a willingness to learn and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
