Requirements
- Associates Degree in Health Sciences, Human Resources, or Related Field preferred
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in recruitment events preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with students, peers, hospital personnel and affiliate agencies
- Must have excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in basic computer skills and learning management systems
Responsibilities
- Assumes responsibility for the recruitment & retention strategies, admissions process and onboarding procedures for qualified students and the Bursar.
- Serves as the primary source of contact for applicants and prospective students from the initial encounter throughout the orientation process of new students.
