The Opportunity This position works out of our Alameda, CA location in the Diabetes Care division where we are focused on helping people with diabetes manage their health with life-changing products that provide accurate data to drive better-informed decisions. We’re revolutionizing the way people monitor their glucose levels with our new sensing technology. As a Coordinator Project Design, you will have the opportunity to provide organizational and project support to the department by working directly with a cross-functional teams, external translation suppliers, as well as internal Design Production Artists to coordinate and execute activities related to the development of packaging and labeling items for the launch and maintenance of Abbott Diabetes Care products (Freestyle Libre). You'll assist to integrate activities associated with upgrades/changes to existing products and New Product Introduction (NPI) programs. In addition, you may be responsible for project documentation, schedules, time-lines and change orders, and meeting minutes. You'll leverage your communication and interpersonal skills as you effectively represent our department in cross-functional teams and actively participate to coordinate on-time delivery of accurate Artwork and labeling items. This is an onsite role in Alameda, CA.
