We’re seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Coordinator, Physician Position Management to join our Physician Services team. In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure seamless coordination of physician position lifecycle activities across HR, IT, Finance, and Physician Recruitment, with a focus on direct hire physicians. You’ll manage Workday processes, maintain data integrity, and support compliance while driving enhancements in Recruiting and Onboarding modules. In this role the coordinator will manage the creation of new physician requisitions aligned with strategic growth plans, initiate offboarding including employment changes and service as a liaison between various departments. This position is on site Monday - Friday at our midtown corporate office.
