About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful Coordinator to support Kilroy's People Search function. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and is excited to contribute to building an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. From coordinating interviews to managing candidate communications, you will be a key partner to the People team in building the foundation of Kilroy's recruiting function. This position reports to Manager of People Search

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or an administrative support role (internships included).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with a customer-service mindset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HRIS a plus.
  • Professional presence and ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive, with a passion for delivering a seamless and positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple calendars, ensuring a smooth process for candidates and interviewers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and information.
  • Facilitate requests for temporary resources.
  • Manage job postings across platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Assist with candidate sourcing and resume review as needed.
  • Support the Manager of People Search in pipeline management, tracking candidate progress in the ATS, and maintaining accurate data.
  • Draft and send candidate communications, including interview confirmations, logistics, and follow-ups.
  • Partner with the People team to coordinate background checks and offer letters.
  • Help organize recruiting-related events such as career fairs, networking sessions, or campus outreach.
  • Maintain recruiting metrics and assist with reporting to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to projects that enhance employer brand and candidate experience.

  • At Kilroy, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within the role. The base pay range for this role is between $25.19 and $29.85 per hour and your pay will depend on your skills, experience and training, knowledge, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.  It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  This role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus as well.
