About The Position

The Coordinator-PBO performs calculations, interprets numbers, analyzes, assesses/evaluates, explains, and teaches. Analyzes and prioritizes procedures of importance with efficiency, producing quality and quantity results. Very broad decision making required. Performs other duties as needed.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Able to read
  • Write legibly
  • Speak in English with professional quality
  • Use computer, printer, and software programs necessary to the position (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Operate/troubleshoot basic office equipment required for the position
  • Able to relate and communicate positively, effectively, and professionally with others

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's Degree preferred
  • Minimum three years of experience as an insurance biller in the Dental and Medical field preferred
  • Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) preferred
