The Coordinator, Partner Strategy supports the development, commercialization, and performance tracking of Fame House’s Digital Creative content products and strategic offerings. Embedded within the Partner Strategy team, this role plays a critical part in translating creative capabilities into structured, scalable, revenue-driving solutions. Reporting into Partner Strategy leadership, the Coordinator assists in developing content frameworks, packaging offerings into defined P&L-backed products, and supporting both internal and external sales initiatives. This role combines analytical rigor, cultural fluency, and operational coordination to ensure that strategic initiatives are data-informed, market-relevant, and effectively executed. This is an ideal role for an early-career strategist who thrives at the intersection of analytics, culture, and commercialization—and who is excited to help shape how creative services are positioned, sold, and optimized.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in strategy, analytics, influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing environments.
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort working with performance data and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, UGC trends, and influencer ecosystems.
  • Basic understanding of P&L concepts and commercial frameworks.
  • Highly organized with strong documentation and coordination skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to synthesize insights into clear, actionable summaries.
  • Passion for music, culture, digital content, and emerging trends.
  • Curiosity-driven, proactive, and eager to learn within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and packaging of content products, including assisting in P&L modeling and commercial documentation.
  • Partner with senior team members to prepare materials that position and sell content offerings internally and externally.
  • Assist in tracking creative asset performance across e-commerce, social, paid media, and CRM channels.
  • Work closely with the Data Analytics team to compile and interpret performance reports.
  • Monitor social media, UGC trends, and cultural signals to inform forecasting and product evolution.
  • Contribute to performance recaps and strategic insights presentations for internal stakeholders and partners.
  • Help manage timelines and cross-functional coordination across Creative, Production, and external partners.
  • Support the development and maintenance of influencer outreach programs.
  • Assist in identifying, vetting, and tracking influencer partnerships aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Maintain organized documentation of partnerships, performance metrics, and outreach pipelines.
  • Identify opportunities to refine processes that improve efficiency and visibility across strategic initiatives.
