About The Position

This is your chance to be part of a Finance team that serves as a critical business partner, supporting global financial performance across accounting, tax, forecasting, risk management, and asset management. As a Coordinator, OTC Hotel Accounting, reporting to the Team Lead, OTC Hotel Accounting, you will manage incoming Help Desk calls, emails, and voicemails. Your responsibilities will include researching and resolving accounts receivable and guest disputes. These disputes are transient in nature. You will also post payments received from Group Catering and Event Sales clients in the advance deposit database. Additionally, you will process guest refunds and support collections activities as needed.

Requirements

  • Two (2) years of work experience in a corporate environment
  • Knowledge of business mathematics, including calculating percentage changes and weighted averages
  • Core understanding of Microsoft Excel, including manipulating spreadsheets

Responsibilities

  • Provide research support for Accounts Receivable (AR) or guest (transient) disputes and compile supporting documentation.
  • Engage hotel teams to help identify issues, resolving disputes, and obtaining client information.
  • Collaborate with hotel teams to gather information, resolve discrepancies, and support dispute resolution.
  • Partner with the Team Lead and team members to review and process required adjustments.
  • Work cross‑functionally with finance and corporate teams to ensure, accurate account resolution.
