Position Introduction and Overview The Operations Support Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day activities related to external vendor and partner relationships within a healthcare operations environment. This role ensures seamless coordination between internal teams and third-party organizations by managing documentation, monitoring performance, coordinating onboarding, and assisting with operational processes. In this role you will maintain smooth workflows, accurate reporting, and strong vendor partnerships that support overall operational excellence. Location & Logistics: This role is based in Dallas, TX and can be hybrid or remote. Preference is given to candidates that are local to the Dallas HQ located at 4055 Valley View Lane in Farmers Branch.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • At least 1 year of relevant professional work experience
  • Experience working with vendor management and third party companies
  • Experience with google sheets or excel, comfort in learning new applications
  • Excellent customer service

Nice To Haves

  • 1 year experience working with clinicians or a 1099 contractor workforce
  • Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills
  • Highly organized with discipline to track and prioritize work

Responsibilities

  • Vendor & Third-Party Coordination Serve as a primary point of contact for third-party vendors, assisting with day-to-day communication, issue resolution, and coordination of operational needs.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new vendors, including gathering documentation, coordinating system access, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
  • Coordinate the timely preparation and delivery of internal reports and data packets to be sent to third-party partners.
  • Operational & Administrative Support Manage key administrative tasks and keep documentation organized and up to date.
  • Support project tracking by monitoring progress, managing timelines, and ensuring deliverables related to third-party processes stay on schedule.
  • Assist internal teams with cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment on vendor-related tasks, updates, and priorities.
  • Performance & Quality Monitoring Participate in implementing and maintaining performance monitoring tools to track vendor and operational KPIs such as quality, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Collect and compile data used for analysis, trend identification, reporting, and performance reviews.
