The Coordinator of Executive Services serves as the primary manager of Executive Services, providing high-level administrative leadership, project management, and operational oversight in support of the University’s executive leadership. This role is central to the daily functioning of Executive Services, ensuring clear communication, professional hospitality, careful coordination, and exceptional discretion. The coordinator works closely with the President, Executive Vice President, Chief of Staff, and colleagues across the University to steward schedules, communications, budgets, and personnel in a manner that reflects the University of Mary’s mission and Benedictine values. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational judgment, calm leadership, and a deep commitment to service, confidentiality, and excellence. Candidates will be invited to demonstrate a willingness to support and promote the Christian, Catholic, and Benedictine mission of the University of Mary.
