IT’S AMAZING WHAT CAN HAPPEN WHEN YOU START COMPLETELY FRESH! What You Will Do As a Maintenance Inventory Coordinator, you will be responsible for routine administrative support. How You Will Make an Impact Perform administration of the production stockroom, maintaining inventory levels, requisitioning, receiving of inventory and heavy data entry. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance parts, supplies, and tools.Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming materials.Perform regular cycle counts and full physical inventories.Track inventory usage and adjust stock levels to support maintenance activities.Identify slow-moving or obsolete parts and recommend disposition. Coordinate returns, warranty claims, or repairs of defective parts. Ensure parts availability for scheduled preventive and predictive maintenance tasks. Maintain organized inventory areas, bins, shelves, and tool storage systems. Assist in updating CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) with part usage, costs, and stock levels.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a maintenance shop and manufacturing environment
Experience using CMMS systems
Basic mechanical knowledge helpful for identifying parts
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the maintenance industry
Intermediate skills in personal computers, data entry, email, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel
Able to work independently with little direct supervision
Good interpersonal and clear communication skills
