About The Position

The Coordinator, Maintenance Administration is part of the Workforce Administration team within the Technical Operations division. This role serves as a critical connector between Technical Operations, HR, and represented team members, ensuring internal movement is executed smoothly, compliantly, and on time. Working in a highly collaborative environment, the position partners with multiple stakeholders and provides exposure to labor agreements, compliance requirements, and operational priorities.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 years of administrative, HR, operations, or coordination experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience handling sesative and confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • knowledge of collective bargaining agreements and labor-related processes.
  • Clear an professional written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience working with represented employees or in a unionized environment.
  • Prior experience supporting aviation, maintenance, or Technical Operations organizations.
  • Experieince using HRIS or workforce management systems.

Responsibilities

  • Administers the internal transfer bid, award and compliance clearance processes for all domestic represented team members in accordance with contractual agreements, company policies, federal and governmental regulations
  • Ensure the company is in compliance with all FAA license and stamp requirements in accordance with the FAA and company policies and procedures
  • Source and assign correct positions for team member movement, ensuring all attributes align with contractual agreements and HRIS policies
  • Collaborates with IT development teams on improving ATAB, and historical HRIS systems either addressing issues identified, furthering automation and/or development needed for labor agreements
  • Research and validate current and former team member experience, qualifications and employment history utilizing ATAB, Success Factors, current and historical HRIS systems
  • Research and address team member questions about the transfer process, pay rates, and seniority impacts
