About The Position

The Coordinator of Legal Administration provides essential administrative support to the Legal Services Center of Excellence, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across legal and organizational functions. This role plays a key role in processing contracts, acts as the primary liaison to the Member Service Center and contributes to a wide range of administrative responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or experience in lieu of degree
  • 3 years (or 7 years in lieu of a degree) with general office/administration experience
  • Knowledge of general office procedures and processes
  • Familiar with office equipment
  • Must have verbal communication, writing, collaboration, a self-starter, results-focused, prioritization, attention to detail skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in M365
