The Coordinator – Influencer Marketing role is hands-on, detail-heavy, and requires someone who is naturally curious about why creators behave the way they do, what makes content perform, and how to keep dozens of moving pieces steady during live sports moments. You’ll work inside the day-to-day rhythms of Hard Rock Bet’s creator ecosystem — supporting everything from outreach and onboarding to content checks, compliance routing, real-time monitoring during live events, and the operational steps that get each activation ready for go-live. You’ll assist in executing the day-to-day influencer program with a focus on brand alignment, accuracy, and creative storytelling, ensuring every piece of content is supported, documented, compliant, and able to reach fans authentically and responsibly. This position is best suited for someone who genuinely enjoys the “in-between” work: the conversations, the clarifications, the last-minute adjustments, and the judgment calls that come with creators, sports, and fast-moving culture. You’ll be exposed to cross-functional decisions, sensitive timelines, and creator nuances that require good instincts and a willingness to learn from context — not just direction.
