About The Position

The Coordinator, Individual Giving supports one of the Territory Executive Directors on the Individual Giving team. This position reports to the Senior Manager of Support Services, Individual Giving and is part of the Individual Giving administrative team. Responsibilities include administrative support for the Executive Director, project management, creating, updating and distributing multiple monthly, quarterly and annual reports. The Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the Individual Giving team and provides necessary and timely information for effective decision making by the Executive Director.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Director of one of the Individual Giving territories, including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reports, telephone support, assisting with organizing meetings including agendas and projects.
  • Serve as resource for Executive Director in managing special projects, which may include preparing, editing and proofreading documents.
  • Create and maintain multiple reports for the territory Executive Director and Associate Vice Chancellor, Individual Giving. Reporting may involve submitting data requests, utilizing CRM system, formatting raw data, etc. This includes monthly, quarterly, annual and other reports as needed.
  • Serve as a resource to other members of the administrative team within the assigned territory, including but not limited to filling in as needed when administrative assistants are out of the office, assist with additional project support, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned to support goals of Individual Giving team.
