The Food & Beverage Coordinator plays a key administrative and operational support role for the resort’s Food & Beverage division. This position is responsible for managing outlet schedules , supporting daily administrative needs across multiple outlets, and collaborating closely with the Activities Supervisor to ensure smooth staffing and operational coverage for resort activities, pool operations, Monkey Bar, Arlo, and special events. This role is highly organized, detail-oriented, and hands-on, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume resort environment .
