Location: The Club at Weston Hills – Weston, FL Compensation: $25/hour | Full-Time (Wednesday–Sunday, 12:00 PM – 10:30 PM) The Club at Weston Hills, a premier private country club located in Weston, FL, is known for its exceptional dining and member experiences. We are seeking a dedicated Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee our restaurant operations and ensure a high level of service, consistency, and hospitality for our members and guests.

Requirements

  • Previous supervisory or lead server experience in restaurant or country club dining required.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced, member-focused environment.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, with a genuine passion for hospitality.
  • Flexible to adjust hours during special events or peak periods.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktails preferred (training provided if needed).

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations , ensuring excellent service standards and a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Lead, train, and motivate servers, bartenders, and support staff to deliver consistent, high-quality member experiences.
  • Oversee floor operations during lunch, dinner, and member events, ensuring smooth service flow.
  • Monitor and maintain standards of food quality, beverage presentation, and service etiquette.
  • Handle member and guest concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with scheduling and staffing to ensure proper coverage for all shifts.
  • Support onboarding and continuous training to maintain a knowledgeable and service-oriented team.
  • Work closely with the culinary team to ensure seamless coordination between the kitchen and service team.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with food safety and sanitation standards .
  • Assist with inventory, ordering, and monitoring of restaurant supplies.
  • Help implement service standards, upselling initiatives, and member engagement programs.
  • Act as manager-on-duty for the restaurant, ensuring all member needs are anticipated and exceeded.
