The Fleet Technical Document Center (FTDC) Coordinator is responsible for the organization, tracking, analysis, and governance of all the fleet technical projects supported by the FTDC. This role functions as the Project Management Office (PMO) for the FTDC, ensuring that all documentation-related projects are properly organized, accurately tracked, and reported using reliable, up-to-date data. They will oversee documentation workflows across multiple concurrent projects, maintains records of all the ongoing, past and future projects, providing analytical insight to support operational and leadership decision-making. The role requires working familiarity with architectural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawings, strong organizational and analytical skills to manage complex datasets, and the ability to collaborate effectively with Project Managers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely delivery of technical documentation.
