The Employee Experience Coordinator provides support for the design and delivery of initiatives that strengthen 2K’s culture and enhance the employee journey. This role focuses on the execution of engagement programs (including engagement surveys), internal events (launch parties), and onboarding in partnership with T2. This role ensures that every touchpoint from onboarding to offboarding supports a positive and inclusive workplace. This role will be required to work in a hybrid capacity working onsite 3 days a week in the Novato, CA HQ location.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Typically a minimum of 2 - 4+ years of experience in employee experience, engagement, HR, or internal communications.
  • Full understanding of the area of specialization and the ability to resolve a wide range of issues in creative ways.
  • Proficiency with tools, systems, and procedures required to manage employee data and engagement platforms.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Strong collaboration & communication skills that strengthens connection and belonging within the organization.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience coordinating large-scale corporate events or culture initiatives.
  • Familiarity with engagement survey platforms and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of the employee experience roadmap by coordinating logistics for engagement programs and culture-building activities.
  • Assist in the administration of company-wide engagement surveys and help organize feedback data for review.
  • Coordinate internal events, celebrations, and forums, ensuring all logistics align with company culture and inclusivity goals.
  • Partner with HR and People Operations teams to execute onboarding and orientation tasks, ensuring a smooth integration for new hires, globally.
  • Manage administrative tasks associated with the employee lifecycle, including processing milestones such as promotions, transitions, and offboarding.
  • Help maintain internal communication channels to ensure messaging regarding culture and belonging is consistently delivered.
  • Track and report on program participation and performance metrics to help measure the impact of experience initiatives.
