We are looking for someone who enjoys owning and improving processes from start to finish. In this role, you will help coordinate key parts of the employee lifecycle - including recruiting coordination, onboarding, employee check-ins, and offboarding - while helping ensure our systems and processes scale as the company grows. This role can be a great opportunity for someone who has supported areas of the employee experience lifecycle - such as recruiting coordination or onboarding - and is ready to take ownership of a process for the first time.
