About The Position

The Email & SMS Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for building, executing, and optimizing end-to-end lifecycle marketing programs across email, SMS, and mobile app push notifications. This role will help shape how fans engage with our brand throughout their customer journey, from first touch to repeat attendance, using personalized, data-driven messaging and automated workflows. We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented marketer with a passion for sports, live events, and fan engagement, who thrives in HubSpot and understands how to use data and timing to deliver the right message on the right channel. This role plays a critical part in driving ticket sales, retention (memberships), and SMS/mobile app engagement through thoughtful lifecycle strategy and execution. This role may require occasional evening, weekend, and holiday work to support live events, campaigns, and key moments. This is a full-time position based on site at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, or advertising, or related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of email marketing experience.
  • Experience with HubSpot (or similar marketing software), including email & SMS automation, workflows, and CRM management.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable marketing insights.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with SMS marketing platforms and best practices.
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills.
  • A collaborative, proactive can-do attitude with a desire to grow in lifecycle marketing.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Yinzcam or mobile app ecosystems is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage multi-channel lifecycle journeys across email, SMS, and app push, supporting fan acquisition, nurturing engagement, conversion, and retention.
  • Create, maintain, and optimize HubSpot workflows and user journeys for marketing campaigns.
  • Develop audience segments based on fan behavior, ticket purchases, event attendance, app usage, and demographic data to support dynamic content and personalized messaging that improves campaign performance.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including brand marketing, CRM, partnerships, and content/creative teams, to align marketing automation strategies, ensuring messages reach the right audiences at the right time.
  • Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B tests, and provide insights to improve future marketing efforts.
  • Continuously test and refine workflows, email templates, and segmentation criteria to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
