Minimum Qualifications Associate’s degree Two (2) years experience in community engagement, higher education, and/or program coordination Experience working collaboratively and effectively with diverse populations Skills/ experience managing multiple projects with frequent interruptions Creativity and problem solving skills Proficiency in technology and relevant software, including but not limited to: Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Forms), Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel) Understanding of and commitment to social justice, community/civic engagement, and the mission of St. Catherine University Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree Three (3) or more years experience in community engagement, higher education, and/or program coordination Knowledge of community-engaged learning field and/or undergraduate research Experience with diverse communities or organizations in the Twin Cities that provide services to diverse communities Experience in higher education working with faculty, courses, or students We seek creative, adaptable staff who enjoy working in a university climate that promotes cultural diversity, multicultural understanding, and cultural fluency.
