At TDS Telecom, connecting people is at the heart of everything we do. We are forward thinkers who leverage cutting-edge fiber internet technology to strengthen communities. We are dedicated to excellence, which drives us to succeed together, creating a better world through meaningful connections. Ready to make an impact? In this fully remote role as the Coordinator - Centralized New Market Implementation, you’ll be at the center of the action, coordinating key processes that support our Field Services teams. You’ll play an essential part in bringing TDS products and services to life across multi‑dwelling units (MDUs), multi‑tenant units (MTUs), commercial buildings, and both in‑territory and out‑of‑territory markets. With a blend of organization, communication, and problem‑solving, you’ll help ensure customers can be served seamlessly and on time. You’ll work closely with Field Services, vendors, Sales, Network Design, and other internal teams to keep everyone aligned and moving forward. If you enjoy multitasking, staying organized, and being the go‑to person who keeps processes running smoothly, this role offers both challenge and opportunity. What You’ll Do Oversee all Engineering Work Orders (EWOs) tied to MDU, MTU, and commercial property enablement — ensuring buildings become PON‑ready and serviceable. Contact property owners to schedule site surveys and follow‑up appointments for Field Services teams. Manage the No Build queue in MetaSolv, keeping information updated across MetaSolv, LCM, and SharePoint so all teams stay informed. Partner with Field Services to monitor progress in the field and keep workflows on track. Research and coordinate efforts on Greenfield MDU properties — including building requirements, opening timelines, and Clarity projects. Collaborate closely with the MDU Sales team on Right of Entry (ROE) for new developments. Use SharePoint to coordinate contractor schedules for building wiring and maintain consistent follow‑up to ensure timely completion. Track and monitor inventory levels, working with Field Services to ensure the right materials are available when needed. This role will continue to evolve as our processes grow, offering you the chance to learn, contribute, and shape how we serve our customers and communities.
