This role is responsible for maintaining an accurate Yard Management System (YMS), reconciling inbound and outbound trailer statuses, and ensuring proper scheduling coverage for yard coordinators and yard jockey drivers. Success in this position requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to stay organized and calm under pressure.
