About The Position

The Brand Marketing Coordinator will support the Brand Marketing team in bringing integrated campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling to market. This role will partner closely with three Brand Managers to help coordinate initiatives across paid, owned, and earned channels, ensuring brand campaigns are executed seamlessly and aligned with broader business priorities. The coordinator will play a key role in managing launch timelines with the ops teams, coordinating cross-functional teams, and supporting performance reporting, helping translate brand strategy into effective execution. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects while contributing to the development of impactful brand moments.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, brand marketing, or project coordination (luxury, fashion, or jewelry preferred).
  • Experience supporting strategy, integrated marketing campaigns or product launches across all channels.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong creative aesthetic
  • Analytical mindset with experience compiling campaign performance summaries.
  • High Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and project management tools (e.g. Monday).

Responsibilities

  • Support three Brand Managers in the development and execution of integrated brand campaigns, seasonal initiatives, and product launches.
  • Assist in translating brand strategy into coordinated marketing plans across digital, social, PR, retail, and CRM channels.
  • Contribute to the development of campaign briefs, presentations, and internal communications that ensure alignment across teams.
  • Help coordinate product launch plans and campaign roadmaps, ensuring cross-functional alignment and on-time execution.
  • Maintain and track campaign timelines, calendars, and key milestones across marketing, merchandising, e-commerce, retail, and PR teams.
  • Organize and support cross-functional meetings, ensuring clear documentation of action items and follow-up on deliverables.
  • Support the day-to-day project management of brand marketing initiatives, tracking progress across multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Coordinate marketing assets and deliverables across teams to ensure consistency and readiness for launch.
  • Assist in organizing campaign materials, messaging frameworks, and creative requests to support streamlined execution.
  • Compile post-launch and campaign recap reports, consolidating performance metrics across key marketing channels.
  • Partner with channel teams to gather insights across social, media, PR, email, and website performance.
  • Help identify key learnings and insights that inform future campaign planning and brand initiatives.
  • Support the execution of brand storytelling initiatives that highlight craftsmanship, heritage, and product innovation.
  • Ensure marketing assets and messaging remain consistent with brand guidelines across channels and touchpoints.
  • Assist in coordinating brand activations, events, and key cultural moments that support broader brand visibility.
