Under the direction of Adult Mental Health Services (AMHS) Crisis Stabilization Unit Supervisor, coordinates the services of an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals in AMHS Crisis Stabilization Unit for persons experiencing a psychiatric emergency. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to: clinical and administrative supervision of staff, some direct services to consumers, consultation and participation in program planning and coordination across program units and departments (e.g., Community Services for the Developmentally Disabled, Families Forward), data collection and analysis, development of policy and procedures, and other administrative duties. Responsible for carrying out all activities of the program/sub-unit in such a manner that fulfills CMHA-CEI’s mission, policies and procedures.
