The Coordinator – Training Center Operations serves as the first point of contact for pilots, staff, and visitors at the Flight Training Center (FTC). This position provides essential administrative support to the Flight Operations division – supporting Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) configuration and troubleshooting, supporting the onboarding of all New Hire pilots, coordinating hotel assignments for pilots at the FTC for training, and a variety of other administrative tasks. Serves as a SME for all pilot badging inquiries, Chinese visas and passports, and SIDA badges. Provides support to Flight Operations, Flight Training, and the FTC Campus. Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule in a 7-day-a-week operation, including weekends and holidays.
