Requirements

• At least 3+ years of related professional cooking experience
• Experience with commercial restaurant cooking equipment
• Ability to follow sanitation and cleanliness procedures
• Great communication skills with both front and back of the house
• Handle a fast-paced cooking environment with ease

Nice To Haves

• Culinary degree or related restaurant experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Set up, cleaning, and organizing a workstation
• Prepare a variety of ingredients and recipes with efficiency and timeliness
• Maintain good kitchen safety and sanitation
