  • Previous kitchen experience preferred (varies by role)
  • Strong knife skills and knowledge of basic cooking techniques (for cooks)
  • Ability to follow recipes and food preparation guidelines
  • Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to stand for extended periods (6-8 hours)
  • Capability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs)
  • Work in a hot, fast-paced, and sometimes noisy environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Positive attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • 1-3 years of cooking experience in a fast-paced kitchen (Line Cook)
  • Proficiency in working with grills, fryers, sauté stations, and other equipment (Line Cook)
  • Ability to prepare menu items consistently and efficiently (Line Cook)
  • Basic kitchen experience or culinary school training preferred (Prep Cook)
  • Ability to prepare ingredients efficiently (washing, chopping, slicing, etc.) (Prep Cook)
  • Understanding of food storage and inventory management (Prep Cook)
  • Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • A passion for food and hospitality!
