Requirements

Excellent communication skills
Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends and holidays.

Knowledge of safety procedures, including safe temperatures at which ingredients should be kept and at which food should be prepared to prevent foodborne illness.

Ability to stand in one place for hours at a time, handle extreme heat and work shifts

Responsibilities

Greet customers with “Welcome” and a smile
Maintain restaurant cleanliness and follow all food safety and health and safety guidelines.
Take pride in serving guests and providing exceptional customer service
Complete other tasks assigned by the MOD (Manager on Duty)
Set up workstations with all necessary ingredients and cooking equipment.
Prepare ingredients for use in the line (chopping and cutting meat, etc.)
Ensure excellent presentation before serving our products
Maintain a sanitized and orderly environment.
Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
Check the quality of the ingredients.
Monitor products to ensure that it does not run out during peak hours and that the grill is not exceeded during downtime
Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients
Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment and dishes.
Execute opening and closing procedures.
Set up workstations with necessary ingredients and equipment, clean and disinfect work areas, equipment and utensils
