Line cooks will have oversite of kitchen service operations during their shift. Areas of Focus (including but not limited to): Preparing a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other food items Assuming 100% responsibility for the quality of products made Efficient in portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen standards Stocking and product management including waste control Maintaining a clean and sanitary workstation Excelling in time management Following all food safety standards and procedures If you’re passionate about food, driven to provide exceptional service, and excited to be part of a dynamic team, we’d love to hear from you!
