Requirements

Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety practices (training provided for those with limited experience)
Ability to remain patient and work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Strong manual dexterity, with the ability to safely handle cutting tools and kitchen equipment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality food
Positive attitude and excellent teamwork abilities
Clear background check and drug screening
Full weekend availability

Responsibilities

Prepare a variety of menu items according to recipes and guest preferences.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, following safety and sanitation procedures.
Ensure food is cooked to the proper temperature and meets quality standards.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure orders are completed in a timely and organized manner.
Assist with daily kitchen prep work, including cutting ingredients, preparing sauces, and organizing supplies.
Assist in restocking and replenishing ingredients and supplies, ensuring proper labeling and organization using the FIFO method.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, taking out trash, and ensuring workstations, equipment, and storage areas are orderly and sanitized.
Adhere to health and safety regulations, including food storage and preparation standards.
