Support daily meal production, including hot entrées, sides, soups, and occasional themed or special-event menus. Follow established recipes, portion guidelines, and food safety standards to ensure consistency and excellence. Maintain a clean, organized workstation and assist with daily kitchen cleanup and sanitizing routines. Work collaboratively with a supportive culinary team that values professionalism, reliability, and positive communication. Contribute creative ideas for menu enhancements, station improvements, and student engagement opportunities. Monitor and record food temperatures and adhere to HACCP and safety protocols throughout service. Assist with prep work, restocking, and ensuring stations remain full and visually appealing during service hours. Provide friendly, helpful interactions with the campus community during service as needed.
