This is a temporary position. Under the direction of Dietary Supervisor or designee, employee is responsible to be in accordance with applicable safety, sanitary, and hygiene regulations. Accurately and efficiently cook meats, fish, vegetables, soups and other hot food products. Prepare and portion food products prior to cooking. Perform other duties in the areas of food and final plate preparation including plating and garnishing of cooked items. Cook and prepare a variety of food products including meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, sauces, stocks, soups, breads, and other food products using a variety of cooking equipment and utensils.
