Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods of time, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Manual dexterity to handle knives, food preparation tools, and kitchen equipment.
Ability to work in high-temperature environments, such as near stoves or fryers.
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
Prior culinary experience or training (preferred but not required).
Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards (ServSafe certification is a plus).
Passion for cooking and a desire to learn and grow in the culinary field.

Responsibilities

Prepare, cook, and present menu items following standardized recipes.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils.
Ensure proper storage and rotation of food to comply with health regulations.
Assist in receiving and inspecting deliveries to ensure the quality and quantity of products.
Follow portion controls and minimize waste to support food cost initiatives.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Perform other duties as assigned, such as assisting with special events or banquets.
Working both indoors and outdoors.
Outside in all weather conditions, including inclement weather.
Work in multiple outlets across the property
Perform other duties as required, including participation in VIP events and staff meetings.
