Participates as a member of the Nutrition Services Team with primary responsibility for performing a variety of routine tasks (preparing, cooking, plating and/or servicing food) as assigned for patient/resident or retail meals. Follows standard practices and regularly scheduled hours. Reviews menu and production sheets, assembles food supplies and equipment for daily food production following instructions and assignment by production manager. Follows recipe and other production methods (i.e. Batch cooking) to complete preparation of assigned menu items.
