Requirements

At least one year of prior cooking experience is required; preferably in a restaurant or country club setting.

Nice To Haves

Culinary arts degree and line cooking or ala carte experience preferred.
SERV Safe Certification and exhibition cooking or catering experience helpful.

Responsibilities

Assist in creating menus and preparing restaurant-style meals for the residents in our community.
Prepares daily menu items as needed, following proper food handling techniques using SERV Safe standards.
Maintains cooking equipment and performs daily cleaning duties.
Offers excellent customer service and phone etiquette.
Covers, labels, dates, and stores leftover items properly.
