Requirements
- 18+ years of age
- Ability to acquire a Salt Lake County health department food handler's permit within 7 days of hire
- Effective communicator - great communication skills, both verbal and written
- Adaptable - works with confidence in a fast-paced setting
- Team player - works well with other food service team members
Responsibilities
- Ensure that every meal meets our established guidelines in food service as well as adheres to any special requests
- Prepare the fresh ingredients, so they are ready to be used for our delicious barbecue and sides
- Assemble and plate meals in an appealing manner
- Communicate effectively with other kitchen and front-of-house staff while staying organized, coordinated, and efficient
- Maintain the cleanliness of food prep areas and follow food sanitation standards
