The Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i is looking for a Cook I who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our teams’ have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required. The Cook I is a senior-level culinary leader responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, supporting the Sous Chef, and ensuring food is prepared and presented to Four Seasons standards. Able to work all stations across departments, the Cook I leads by example, drives consistency, and plays a key role in menu development, training, and team morale.
