This position will work rotating day shift hours. Team member will work from 4:30am until 1:00pm on some Thursdays and Fridays. All other days the shift hours are 7:00am until 3:30pm. Team member will be required to work rotating weekends and holidays. This position is eligible for shift pay differentials. Position Summary: Performs supervised tasks related to the preparation of food. Meal preparations include regular and therapeutic diets. Utilizes foundational skills of basic cooking techniques, operates kitchen equipment and maintains a clean and organized workspace.
