About The Position
We’re looking for a sharp, hands-on Cook/Cashiers for our takeout window. This is a do-everything role in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. You’ll cook, run the register, help prep, clean, wash dishes, and keep service moving. A busy, fun, hands-on restaurant where everyone works together. You’ll learn every part of the operation and be part of a tight, fast-moving team.
Requirements
- 2+ years in a restaurant (BOH, FOH, or both)
- Comfortable working fast and switching tasks quickly
- Able to handle busy rushes and stay organized
- Basic kitchen experience is required (seafood/Italian even better)
- Must be able to stand long hours and lift 35 lbs
Responsibilities
- Cook food on the line (fry, grill, sauté, prep)
- Run the register and take guest orders
- Package orders quickly and accurately
- Wash dishes when needed
- Prep ingredients and restock stations
- Clean, reset, and keep the space moving
- Help the team wherever the rush takes you
