About The Position

GENERAL DUTIES: Prepare and serve food items. Perform inventory tracking and assist with ordering. Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen.

Requirements

• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Proficient oral and written communication skills in English
• Proficient in the use of computer and Internet based applications, including but not limited to email and systems applications
• Hold a valid Food Handlers certification
• One year of experience in food service
• Experience in the use and maintenance of industrial kitchen equipment
• Knowledge of ingredients, supplies and methods used in cooking
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety regulations for chemical use in the kitchen
• Knowledge of food safety standards
