Explore the potential of your pharmacy experience in an elevated role. We are recruiting a Lead Clinical Pharmacist to join our team of health care professionals. As a Lead Clinical Pharmacist, you will be responsible for all the duties of a Clinical Pharmacist as needed to ensure adequate staffing and complete patient care. Duties include high level patient and provider interaction, pharmacist verification of prescriptions, and documentation of current and future clinical interventions. The Lead Clinical Pharmacist may supervise the activities of pharmacy support personnel, as well as lead and participate in quality control and performance improvement activities and committees. Provides leadership, supervision, and direction to the clinical pharmacist team to support pharmacy operations, clinical services, and shows a commitment to continuous quality improvement.
