We are seeking a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to analyze, test, and optimize digital experiences that improve conversion rates across the customer journey, addressing the needs of both current and prospective customers. Position Overview We are seeking a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to design, execute, and analyze experimentation programs primarily focused on email, SMS push, in app messaging, and mobile app experiences with a possibility to expand to website and landing pages to help shape and drive Katapult’s conversion and growth optimization strategy. This role is responsible for the day-to-day, hands-on execution of A/B testing, funnel analysis, and performance optimization initiatives in support of Katapult’s direct-to-consumer marketing objectives. The CRO Specialist will be responsible for the setup, execution, analysis, and reporting of experiments and optimization initiatives across key conversion touchpoints. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution, from hypothesis development and test design to delivery and insight sharing.
