We are seeking a data-driven Conversion Rate Optimization leader to own experimentation, funnel analysis, and user journey optimization across our web and mobile platforms. This role is responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and executing initiatives that increase conversion rates, revenue per visitor, and overall customer experience across PlanetAt’s websites and mobile apps. You will leave no stone unturned in identifying opportunities — from UX friction to messaging, pricing, checkout flow, merchandising and personalization. PLEASE NOTE: Candidates much be local to, or willing to relocate to, the Calabasas area, as we operate on a hybrid work model.
