We’re building a world-class team. We’re spending serious money every day. When conversion is flat, it’s expensive. When experimentation is messy, it compounds the wrong way. We need someone who owns this. As Head of Conversion Rate Optimization, your job is make more of the people who land on our funnels become paying patients. Systematically. Reliably. At scale. This is not a “change the button color” role. You’ll be responsible for both micro and macro testing. That means everything from improving specific steps in the funnel to rebuilding entire flows based on competitor research and new hypotheses. You’ll start hands-on. You’ll run research, build cases, sketch wireframes, design experiments, and work closely with engineering and design to ship fast. Once the engine works, you’ll build the team around it. We’ve underinvested in CRO for years. This role is about fixing that and bringing structure, rigor, and clarity to experimentation so that every dollar we spend on ads works harder. This is a full-time, fully remote role, and you’ll work mostly async in the timezone of your choice — as long as you’re around until midday Pacific Time every weekday. You’ll have flex in your calendar for kids if you have them — many of our team have kids so we’re kid-friendly. This is a senior role. You’ll report directly to our Head of Performance (Dave Lane) with close oversight from Richie, CEO. They are intense, so you’ll also be intense. You’ll also work closely with our Head of Product (Ben Dowdle), VP Engineering (Gzim Helshani) and Chief of Staff (Joey Gracek).
