We’re looking for a Senior CRO Analyst to own paid landing page performance and structured experimentation across acquisition campaigns. Reporting to senior marketing leadership, this role is ideal for a technically fluent, analytically rigorous optimization leader who can translate media investment into measurable conversion gains through disciplined testing and user experience improvements. You’ll be responsible for defining and prioritizing the paid landing page experimentation roadmap, leading A/B testing initiatives from hypothesis through launch and analysis, and partnering closely with Paid Media, Website Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Creative teams to continuously improve conversion rate, Quality Score alignment, and media efficiency. This role blends experimentation strategy, statistical expertise, user experience insight, and cross-functional leadership — with clear accountability for maximizing conversion performance and protecting return on paid media investment.
