Controls Specialist – BAS / SCADA / DCIM / EPMS – $85K–$135K + Bonus – Lithia Springs, GA – Mission-Critical Data Center Operations About the Opportunity: A well-established Building Automation and Data Center technology provider is seeking a skilled Controls Specialist to support a stationary data center facility in Lithia Springs, GA. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for professionals with experience in BAS, SCADA, DCIM, or EPMS systems who want to contribute to a high-performance, mission-critical environment. Responsibilities

• Configure, commission, troubleshoot, and support BAS, SCADA, and EPMS systems in a mission-critical data center
• Work with communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and TCP/IP
• Commission Tridium/Niagara frameworks and associated controllers; refine control logic as needed
• Perform point-to-point device validation, system testing, and functional checks
• Install and wire DDC controllers, sensors, relays, and complete control panel assemblies
