Responsible for being the IT manufacturing site leader and owning the Controls IT Supply Chain delivery of programs. Accountable for planning, forecasting, and working across matrixed teams for the end-to-end lifecycle of features and/or projects. Positively impacts the team's ability to achieve service, quality and timeliness of objectives. High levels of operational judgment are required to achieve outcomes required. Provides ongoing process, feature and solution guidance, input, and direction to product and platform teams. Collaborates with all levels of the business to align IT objectives to Controls KPI’s. Work with site IT Leaders to simplify standard work for the team. Develop/deploy tools and redefine/streamline processes used by Site IT Leaders to save time and costs. Be point of contact for Site operations team with other IT teams. Work with other teams to communicate road maps, outage plans, pain points, etc. Lead global projects that impact multiple sites and be the voice of site operations on large programs that impact multiple sites. Communicate global initiatives to business leaders. Lead application simplification across sites, may include application ownership, replacement and consolidation of applications, and assisting in deployment of applications at sites.
